A share code looks like CSGO-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. In CS2, open Settings → Game → Crosshair, click Share or Import, and paste the code. Prefer the console? Every crosshair here also gives you the full cl_crosshair… command block to paste into your autoexec or the developer console.
